International Shipping: Orders shipped outside the U.S. are typically delivered within 7–14 working days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

At Silvana, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, due to the hygienic nature of fragrance products, we can only accept returns or issue refunds under the following conditions:
Returns and refunds are available within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of any opened or used items.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@thesilvana.co or Contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning your product.
After the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
We reserve the right to deny refunds or returns if products are not returned in their original condition.
